No problem—just contact us before 5 PM PDT on the 14th day, and we’ll help you return or exchange it. No stress, no hassle—just send us an email and we’ll handle the rest.

During your inspection period, your equipment is fully insured, so you're protected from unexpected issues right from the start.

Considering a buyback? If the equipment stays on your property and meets our return criteria, we’ll buy it back at 100% of the original purchase price, minus any applicable fees.

To keep things fair and ensure top quality for all, returned equipment must:

• Be in original, unmodified condition
• Be free from damage or accidents
• Not be used as loan collateral or encumbered in any way

✅ If your return meets these conditions and is requested within the 14-day window, we’ll even cover the return delivery costs.
